Challenge / Brief
Clarel sought a haircare line under its Bonté brand that would stand out in a competitive retail environment and reflect the product’s quality. The brief called for a design language that felt modern, trustworthy, and tactile — a strategic vision to shift the brand toward a more aspirational, premium segment.
Insight / Strategy
To convey upgrade and sophistication, we leaned into special metallic finishes. Using metallic accents like foil stamping or vacuum metallization naturally signals luxury and draws attention on crowded shelves. The strategy balanced elegance and functionality—with metallic touches elevating the brand perception while the visual structure ensured clarity and consistency across the range.

Creative Process

Visual hierarchy: Organized packaging facing with a clear layout—logo, product name, variant, claim—anchored by metallic trim or labels.

The final packaging design features:
Subtle metallic accents on key elements—caps, trim, logos—that add a tactile sense of luxury and elevate the brand’s presence on shelf.
A refined color-coded system for quick product identification while maintaining visual unity.
A cohesive visual language that balances clean typography, structured layout, and luxe metallic details for premium feel and high brand recognition.

The metallic-enhanced packaging delivered strong shelf visibility and a standout presence among competitors.
